One of the sub-clans within the Reerow Xasan community, specifically the Reerow Udgoone lineage, has once again convened to voice concerns over perceived injustice by Somalia’s Federal Minister of Education, Faarax Sheikh Abdulkadir.
The elders of Reerow Udgoone accuse the minister of favoritism and fostering division within the broader Reerow Xasan clan, leading to internal conflict and estrangement between sub-clans.
Despite submitting multiple formal complaints to government institutions, the elders say their concerns have gone unanswered. Frustrated by the silence, they have now chosen to raise their voices publicly.
Reports also indicate that other sub-clans from the Reerow Xasan community have previously made similar appeals through the media, urging the federal government to intervene in what they describe as a growing rift being fueled by Minister Faarax Sheikh Abdulkadir.
The Reerow Udgoone elders and community leaders are calling on the Federal Government of Somalia to step in and resolve the escalating tensions, restore harmony, and ensure fairness within the clan.
